Building A Climate to Promote Happy, Healthy, High Achievers
What happens if you focus on the fish without giving attention to the water they're swimming in? In this signature presentation, Dr. Olatunji helps school leaders to appreciate how school culture and climate either support or undermine the performance of youth.
